Senior Engineer, Network and Infrastructure (REF: HCMIS20260911-01)

• Standardize Regional IT: Drive consistent infrastructure, security, and operational standards across all Asia offices.
• Enable Expansion: Support IT infrastructure planning and deployment for new office setups and relocations.
• Manage Enterprise Networks: Oversee the administration of regional LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
• Optimize System Health: Monitor and maintain network performance and high availability across all sites.
• Enforce IT Security: Manage endpoint protection, patching, and security controls in partnership with the SOC team.
• Provide Advanced Support: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues and manage local tech vendors.
• Ensure 24/7 Continuity: Maintain 24/7 ad-hoc standby availability for urgent office infrastructure support and incident response.
• Foster Collaboration: Work with global IT teams to ensure seamless project delivery and cohesive technology standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate network infrastructure (Firewall, VPN) within an MNC environment.
• Strong technical background in security implementation and network architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, MECM).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel for regional office support and setups.
• Preferred: CCNA/CISSP certifications; experience in the Supply Chain industry.
