Specialist – IT Process Automation (REF: HKBA20260911-01)

• Exhibit a strong passion for developing exceptional products and optimal solutions by utilizing the latest RPA and NextGenAI technology and cloud platforms.
• Implement the “Working Backward” strategy, starting from customer experience and expectations, to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and develop automation solution including Microsoft Power platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and vendor platforms.
• Design and develop data integration with different applications and external parties.
• Ensure all automated processes adhere to security best practices and protocols.
• Monitor and measure the performance of automated processes, identifying areas for continually improvement.
• Update project progress and issue status on ticketing system like Jira.
• Prepare automation solutions documentation and user guide for administrator and end users.
• Support and troubleshoot automated solutions.
• Require availability outside of standard office hours to address urgent issues or ad-hoc requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years solid experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform development and RPA platform.
• Ability to utilize the “Working Backward” approach to ensure product development meets and exceeds target customer expectations.

• Pleasant, keen sense of responsibility, a team player, detail-minded, and well-organized.
• Ability to articulate complex problem statements with simplicity, demonstrating a deep understanding of their core nature.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and its components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) format, such as JSON, XML
• Proficient in SQL and modern programming language (e.g., C#, Python, etc.)
• Strong English communication skill, both written and orally.
• High learning agility, able to work independently under a fast environment.
• Experience in Supply Chain is an advantage.
