- Oversee day-to-day origin logistics operations including vendor readiness, shipment planning, and documentation.
- Lead multi-vendor consolidation efforts, working closely with freight forwarders and consolidation warehouses to build efficient, cost-effective containers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate cargo availability dates and proactive schedule alignment.
- Own all origin-side milestone tracking: booking confirmation, cargo pickup, CFS activity, customs clearance, and port delivery.
- Review and manage export documentation packages to ensure compliance and completeness prior to cargo departure.
- Maintain proactive, structured communication with our customer’s U.S. logistics team’s operational and analytical support.
- Analyze shipment patterns to propose consolidation or routing improvements to reduce cost and increase reliability.
- Act as the point of contact for resolving origin-side issues with vendors, 3PLs, and carriers.
- Identify potential delays in product launches and implement strategic solutions
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on logistics performance
- Continuously monitor logistics workflows, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred. Equivalent experience is considered.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Logistics or Supply chain management in sizeable Retail brands
- Strong knowledge of freight operations, container planning (FCL & LCL), and consolidation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and propose containerization solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring that container loads are secure, meet regulations, and optimize space.
- Communication: Ability to work with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams, to coordinate containerization efforts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor metrics, identify trends, and improve container utilization.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, or forwarder portals).
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
