Job Details:

  • Monitor cargo receiving and container loading operations at CFS warehouses to ensure compliance with company standards and customer-specific requirements. Identify errors, inefficiencies, or non-compliance issues during shipment handling and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator between the warehouse and the company, ensuring consistent and accurate communication among all parties. Discuss and negotiate with warehouse representatives when operational issues arise.
  • Monitor warehouse conditions at all times to ensure the safety and security of stored cargo.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to support vendors and factories in resolving issues related to cargo receiving and handling processes.
  • Conduct warehouse tours, presentations, and training sessions for customers or colleagues who wish to learn about warehouse operations.
  • Prepare warehouse-related reports and documentation as required.

Job Requirements:

  • College degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Must possess an official graduation certificate/diploma.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse coordination, or similar roles within logistics companies.
  • Knowledge of transportation procedures, customs declarations, Certificates of Origin (C/O), and special cargo handling requirements.
  • Experience in handling operational issues during shipment processing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking with customers.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, cooperative, and highly responsible, with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions from supervisors and management accurately.
