Clerk, Operations Trucking (REF: HNLS20260911-03)

• Receive transportation plans from the Operations team and coordinate with transportation service providers to arrange and schedule shipments.
• Collect transportation-related information for each shipment, including driver details, vehicle registration number, container/seal number, and shipment photos (as required), then provide updates to customers and upload the information into the system.
• Work closely with internal teams, transportation vendors, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment status, provide regular updates and reports to supervisors, and maintain shipment records and related documentation in accordance with shipment requirements.

• College degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Transportation, Logistics, or related fields.
• Must possess an official graduation certificate/diploma.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Operations and Trucking Coordination within a logistics company
• Good understanding of transportation operations, customs declarations, Certificates of Origin (C/O), and special cargo handling requirements.
• Experience in resolving delivery-related issues, handling customer complaints, and managing operational exceptions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good English communication skills, including reading, writing, and interacting with customers.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, cooperative, and highly responsible, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and able to follow management instructions accurately.
