Clerk, Operations Support (REF: HCMLS20260911-03)

• Create detailed bookings and enter export shipment data into the company’s system on behalf of shippers.
• Review and reconcile shipment documents against system records, then upload the verified documents to the system.
• Enter shipment revenue and cost data into the system.
• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with the required KPIs.
• Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• College degree or above, with an official graduation certificate/diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors and managers accurately.
• No prior work experience required.
